Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the influence of fundamental factors and liquidity of shares on stock prices on companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. Measurements were performed in this study by using Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA). The data used are secondary data from the financial statements of the Indonesia Stock Exchange which has been published and the study period is 2011-2013. The analysis technique used is the linear regression, hypothesis testing while using the F test, the coefficient of determination and t test. Testing classical assumptions used in this study include tests of normality and multicollinearity. Based on the research results that simultaneously Return On Asset (ROA),Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) have an impact on stock prices, while partially Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Earning Per Share (EPS) have an influence on stock prices, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) does not have an influence on the price stock.
