Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivations and perceptions of accounting as a profession affect on accounting student interest to following Accounting Graduate Study. This study examined four independent variables (quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivations and perceptions of accounting as a profession) and one dependent variable (accounting student interest to following Accounting Graduate Study). The samples used in this study was 137 respondents. From these data then the data is processed using SPSS statistical test equipment which Regression Analysis. The results of this study showed that quality motivation and perception of of accounting as a profession had positive effect on accounting student interest to following Accounting Graduate Study while the career motivation and economy motivation negatively affect on accounting student interest to following Accounting Graduate Study.
