Abstract
This research purposes to test the re-influence of financial performance to stock price of Real Estate and Property companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The variables used in this research is financial performance with five indicators: DER, CR, TATO, ROE, PER and stock price. The sample in this research is a Real Estate and Property companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange by using purposive sampling methods. Number of population as many as 61 companies, after purposive sampling in accordance with the criteria, the final number is 45 companies, so the total samples as much as 135 samples. The analysis technique used, descriptive analysis and statistic analysis with the help warpPLS 4.0 software. The results of the research were financial performanc a positive effect significantly on stock price of the company. Keywords: Financial Performance, DER, CR, TATO, ROE, PER, Stock Price
