Abstract
The object of this research is to know the influence of intellectual capital towards financial performance and profit growth of manufacturing industry in consumer goods sectors that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) 2011-2013. This research used the secondary data take from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the from of financial statements and annual reports. The manufacturing companies in consumer goods industry sectors listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2011-2013. The published annual report periodically during the period take as a sample for this research. In this research there are 24 manufacturing companies that have mode a negative value added intellectual collected for samples. This research starts with collected of financial data with selected technique documentation, and the samples were taken and processed in this research. Data processing starts from the descriptive analysis and processed with PLS ( Partial Least Square ). PLS test method is evaluated the outer model for validity and reliability was measured by composite reliability. Research hypothesis test was done by measures the inner model using bootstrapping test. The results of this research showed that the intellectual capital has an influence toward the company’s financial performance and intellectual capital haven’t effect on profits growth.
