Abstract
Sharia is Islamic law based on the rules of the agreement between the Bank and other parties to deposit funds and / or financing business activities , or other activities that otherwise in accordance with Sharia , among other things , financing based on the principle of profit sharing ( mudaraba ) , based on the principle of equity financing ( musharaka ) , the principle of selling goods to make a profit ( murabaha ) , or the financing of capital goods is based on the principle of pure lease without option ( ijara ) After testing , this study shows that there is a significant direct relationship between product factors , partially on the public perception of Sharia Bank in Surabaya . So the initial hypothesis which states that the product of Islamic banks significant positive effect on public perception proved . In this case can be explained that the development efforts of Islamic banks is not enough just based on the legal aspects and regulations but also must be oriented to the market or the public as a service user ( consumer ) banking institutions .
