Abstract
PT. PLN (PERSERO) East Java and Bali Transmission APP Surabaya is a company engaged in the services and processing of electricity services. Problems that exist in PT. PLN (PERSERO) East Java and Bali APP Surabaya Transmission is how the system of recording cash expenditure and how to overcome cash expenditure that experienced swelling at PT. PLN (PERSERO) East Java Transmission and Bali APP Surabaya. The object of this research is the accounting system of recording cash disbursement at PT. PLN (PERSERO) East Java Transmission and Bali APP Surabaya. This research by using method of interview and documentation of recording done by PT. PLN (PERSERO) East Java Transmission and Bali APP Surabaya. The method of analysis conducted in this research is using qualitative descriptive method. The result of this research is the accounting system of recording of cash expenditure is recorded using fixed fund method. Every transaction made for cash disbursements uses cash payments. Control of the company's petty cash expenses should minimize the cost to be used for each division. Keyword: petty cash, petty cash disbursement
