Abstract
Rule of law number: 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009 on guidelines for health assessment and loan and cooperative units save loan cooperatives is very useful for Co-operatives Prosper together. The cooperative was formed by the Government which gave offer services save loan which has been transformed from a multi purpose Cooperative effort. Then, the condition needs to be assessed based on the health level of rule of law number: 14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. The research method used is the method of interview to the head of the branch of the cooperative and the method of documentation such as the balance sheet and the realization of revenue and costs. The results showed the level of health of cooperative Peace Together get the predicate "Quite Healthy" with a score of 61.80. The liquidity aspect or aspects of independence and growth affect the assessment of the get healthy enough predicates Key Words: Rule of Law, Health Level.
