Abstract
The value of the firm is the present value derived from the revenue stream or cash flow expected to be received in the future. This research aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, investment decisions, profitability, liquidity, leverage and firm size on firm value. The sample used in this research is mining company in 2012-2016 which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used purposive sampling and SPSS 23 software. The results showed that dividend policy, profitability, liquidity and leverage have an effect on firm value, while leverage and firm size have no effect on firm value. Keywords: dividend policy, investment decision, profitability, liquidity, leverage, firm size and the value of the firm.
