Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, funding decisions and investment opportunities on dividend policy. This research is conducted on mining companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016. The number of samples used in this study were 11 companies with purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership variable negatively affect dividend policy, and investment opportunity variables have a positive effect on dividend policy. While the variable of institutional ownership and funding decision do not have an effect on Dividend policy.
