Abstract
Saving is the way to handle finances and to educating children being frugal, which is a very important to applied by the old on children at their young age. Almost all the son to have habits keep money in money box and in homeroom it does not effective. Hence Bank BTN taken the initiative to make a product savings junior which is devoted in children age of 12 years. In developing the number of clients savings junior, BTN need to arranged strategy marketing appropriate that no less competitiveness of with banking institution other. To know about strategy appropriate, need to he did observation and interview with related parties. In marketing of these products , there are a number of problems such as low interest customers ( parents ) because low interest rates 0,50 percent, the Bank BTN not close to primary school , the product the state owned banks , withdrawal can only be provided by his , there is no atm . To overcome the obstacles, BTN have promote and the introduction of these products outside school, has changed image design books savings and give the scholarship to attract customers.
