Abstract
Banking institutions an intermediary between the parties and the excess funds are underfunded . The importance of a banking institution in the economy, it is necessary to assess the performance of banks , the appraisal affect public confidence. Standards for assessing the health of banks has been determined by Bank Indonesia as the banking supervisory authority. Regional Development Bank is one of the group of banks that played a role in driving the regional economy. This study aims to determine whether the CAMELS ratios significantly influence the assessment of the bank seen from the score or the title of a bank rating agency research study published by Info bank magazine in the period 2009-2011. This study used a sample of the Regional Development Bank during the period 2009-2011 as many as 26 regional development banks. This study using multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test first. The results showed that not all CAMELS ratio effect on bank health scores on the Regional Development Banks. Keywords : CAMELS ratio , Health Score, Rural Banks.
