Abstract
The application of business banking ethics in the people's own economy is very important to facilitate and launch various economic sectors in Indonesia. Therefore, the existence of bank assets in the form of public trust is very important to be maintained in order to improve the efficiency of the use of the Bank. While the Implementation Bank is a business entity that carries out various services. Among them are providing loans, providing excellent service, storage of money and certain goods. So encourage each Bank to create new products that are expected to attract customers and provide maximum service in order to win the competition. This study aims to identify customers as well as obstacles in services provided at Bank Jatim Syariah Branch Darmo Surabaya. The research was obtained from interviews and Customer Service data on the formulation of problems relating to the title "Application of Business Ethics at Bank Jatim Syariah Branch darmo Surabaya" to improve the quality of Business Ethics Application. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Business Ethics has a positive effect on service quality, and has been applied well so that customers feel their own satisfaction. In addition there are also implications of research that is the image of Bank Jatim Syariah Branch Darmo Surabaya the better and will become a healthy bank.
