Abstract
Providing secure fast credit in bank operations becomes an important factor in improving the effectiveness of credit management. This study aims to find out credit procedures, credit policies and efforts to minimize credit risk and implementation of secure fast credit. The subject of this research is PT Bank Amar Surabaya and the object is secured fast credit. The type of data collected is qualitative data sourced from the policies and corporate governance at PT Bank Amar Surabaya collected using documentation and interview techniques. The result of the research shows that Amar Bank implements prudent standard of procedure in credit policy so as to fulfill the aspect of accountability and giving of healthy credit. Effort to rescue problem loans by applying comprehensive risk management and build loyalty to its customers and Implementation of fast credit securely by assessing the level of feasibility of debtor company based on cash flow for the last 3 years with ratio analysis Keywords: policies, procedures, safe quick loans
