Abstract
In this era of globalization the world of banking and finance is growing by adjusting the times. The Bank is a financial institution whose activities lead to public funds and channel the funds back into the community and provide other bank services. The purpose of this research is to know the process of giving special employment credit for PNI Polri PNS at Bank Tabungan Negara Surabaya branch. Data collection techniques using interviews. The results showed that the procedure of house ownership cresit at the State Bank Tabungan Surabaya branch. The advice given based on the research is to give the mortgage credit well so it needs to be maintained Keywords : procedure, House ownership credit
