Abstract
Bank BNI Jakarta is one of the largest banks that provide credit to active and retired employees whose credit in BNI is called BNI Flexi loan. This observation aims to know how the implementation procedure of BNI Flexi at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Jakarta. Writing This Final Project using interview and observation methods. From the results of observations made it can be seen that the loan BNI Flexions sourced from the salary remains active employees / pensions. The requirements that have been met by the customer then the procedure of implementing BNI Flexible loan that is: loan application, observation of debtor's advisability, credit realization which requires credit agreement with debtor. The conclusion of the observation implementation procedure of BNI Flexi loan at BNI Jakarta is in accordance with the prevailing regulations and has been well implemented by the division of cln, pdm, sln and jal.
