Abstract
BNI Jakarta has important roles in the survival of the economy of Indonesia, one of the roles is to give credit to Micro Small and Medium Enterprises which is called Small Business Loan (KUR). This observation aims to determine how the implementation of the called Small Business Loan (KUR) in the PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Jakarta. This final assignment uses the research methods of interview and document study. From the results of observations conducted may be aware that BNI's KUR is given to the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises productive and worthy. The requirements have been fulfilled by the debtor then the implementation procedure of KUR such as: Submission of KUR applications, the analysis of KURfeasibility, and the realization of the KUR which the debtor and the bank perform the binding credit and the credit agreement. The conclusion of the Small Business Loan (KUR) implementation of Jakarta has been in accordance with applicable regulations but it will be better to improve the quality of human resources, perform additional of human resources and build up the BNI network outlet for the allocation of KUR which is expected in the implementation can reach all the debtors of KUR.
