Abstract
This Final Assignment (TA) research was conducted at PT BumiJasaUtama Surabaya Branch as one company that applied the credit purchasing system to fulfill its business needs. The objectives to be achieved in this study are as follows: Knowing the application of debt repayment system at PT BumiJasaUtama Surabaya Branch and Knowing the solution used PT BumiJasaUtama Surabaya Branch against the double pay on the debt repayment made. The research method used is qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection techniques used include observation, documentation, and interviews. Based on the research, there are several things such as debt repayment system PT BumiJasaUtama Surabaya Branch is based on the debt recording system and debt repayment system using Build-Up Voucher Procedures method. while the effort made on double-pay problems is done by the manual procedure is the oral confirmation between Accounting payable with vendors of the results of the confirmation is used as the basis for payment returns for maintenance costs in the upcoming period.
