Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the causes of the Retrun On Equity decline in Persero Bank. This study aims to determine whether the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have significant influence simultaneously and partially to ROE. Data collection methods used in this research is documentation with secondary data from the financial statements published, starting from the first quarter of 2013 until fourth quarter of 2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple liner regression analysis, descriptive, F test, and t test. The sample collection technique has been done by using census method, so that from 4 Persero Bank population, all selected member of the samples this research : PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, PT BNI (Persero) Tbk, PT BRI (Persero)Tbk, and PT BTN (Persero)Tbk. The results of this study are simultaneously LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR have a siginificant influence to ROE. Partially, there are seven variables that are not significant to ROE is LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, and FBIR. The variable that are significant influence and the most dominant influence to Return On Equity is BOPO. Keyword : Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, ROE.
