Abstract

The Bank is a financial intermediary institution generally established with the authority to receive deposits and lend money. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Quality of Assets, Sensitivity and Business Scale partially and simultaneously on Net Interest Margin (NIM) at BOOK 4 Bank. By using independent variables such as LDR, IPR, CR, NPL, APB, IRR and ASSET and analyze the significant influence both partially and simultaneously on the NIM. The population used in this study is BUKU Bank 4. The technique used in sampling uses the Census. The sample used in the study is PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk, PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Central Asia, Tbk, and PT. Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. The data used using secondary data and multiple linear regression analysis techniques using F test and t test. This study uses the study period from the first quarter of 2013 to the fourth quarter of 2017. The results of this study are LDR, IPR, CR, NPL, APB, IRR and ASSET simultaneously have a significant influence on the NIM of the BOOK 4 Bank. LDR and IRR have influence Significantly positive, ASSET has a non-significant positive effect, APB has a significant negative influence, IPR, CR, and NPL have insignificant negative effects. and the variable that has the most dominant influence is the LDR variable. Keywords: Liquidity, Quality of Assets, Sensitivity, Business Scale and NIM.
