Abstract
Savings behavior can determine the economic growth of a country depending on the behavior of the community because of the high savings rate will encourage the level of investment as well as economic growth. The research aims to determine the Financial Knowladge and Materialism of saving behavior with Imoulsive Consumption as a mediation variable. The research used primary data, by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Where sample in this research is student of Surabaya area as much as 427 respondents. Analytical techniques used are PLS-SEM with the help of WarpPLS 6.0 program. The results showed that Materialism is not significantly to saving behavior. Impulsive Consumption directly or indirectly through materialism has not significant influence on saving behavior. Keywords : materialism, financial knowledge, impulsive consumption, saving behavior
