The purpose of this study was to determine the Determinants of Inefficiency in the Regional Development Bank using independent variable, those are LDR, IPR, NPL, NIM, IRR, FBIR, and SIZE within analyze the independent variables simultaneously and partially significant effect on BOPO. This paper describes how the independent variables affect the dependent variable. In line with this, the independent variable here are LDR, IPR, NPL, NIM, IRR, FBIR and SIZE while the dependent variable is BOPO. Techniques used in the sampling using the census, the census is a sampling technique based on all the members of the Regional Development Bank population is used as a sample. This paper used the secondary data and the multiple linear regression analysis here used the F test and t test. In the study period from 2013 to 2017. The results of this study found that the independent variable LDR, IPR, NPL, NIM, IRR, FBIR and SIZE within simultaneously have a significant impact on BOPO in the Regional Development Banks. The LDR, IPR, FBIR and SIZE, partially has positive effect are not significant, whereas a partial NPL has a significant positive effect. The NIM and IRR, partially have a significant negative effect, and the most dominant influence on BOPO is variable NIM. Keywords: Liquidity, Asset Quality, Profitability, Sensitivity, Efisiensi BOPO
