Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the variables of LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, IRR, FBIR, and GCG whether they have a significant and simultaneous significant influence on NIMs at the Regional Development Bank. There were twenty-three banks in this study. Data and data collection methods in this study are secondary data taken from the financial services authority website and the annual reports of each sample bank. The research period starts from 2013 to 2017. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and use multiple linear regression analysis, f tables and t tables. The results of this study indicate that LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, IRR, FBIR, and GCG simultaneously have a significant influence on the NIM at the Regional Development Bank. LDR, IPR, GCG partially have not significant negative influence on the NIM at the Regional Development Bank. NPL partially has a significant negative influence on NIM at the Regional Development Bank. LAR, IRR and FBIR partially have not significant positive influence on NIM at the Regional Development Bank. Keywords: Liquidity, Asset Quality, Market Sensitivity, Efficiency, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Net Interest Margin (NIM)
