Abstract
The purpose of the research is to determine LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR simultaneously and partially have significant influence toward Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The population used is the regional development banks. Sampling technique is purposive sampling so that the selected banks are BPD Jambi, BPD Kalimantan tengah, BPD Nusa Tenggara Barat, and BPD Sulawesi Utara and Gorontalo. Data colected by the methods of documentation and analysis were performed by linier multiple regression analysis technique. Results shows that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously have significant effect toward CAR ratio to Regional Development Banks. BOPO partially has a significant negative effect on CAR on Regional Development Banks. Meanwhile LDR, IPR, APB and FBIR have a negative but insignificant effect on CAR on Regional Development Banks. NPL and IRR have a positive but insignificant effect on CAR on Regional Development Banks. Keywords: CAR, Liquidity Risk, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk.
