Abstract
Value of the firm related to the stock price .The higher stock price the higher value of the firm. Investor have the perception that the level of success of the company is shown by increasing value of the company showing the performance of the company in the future. This study aimed to examine the effect of liquidity, firm size, and profitability to the value of firm with dividend policy as moderating variable. The samples in this study are 36 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2016 period. This study used purposive sampling method in determining the sample, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that liquidity as measured by current ratio significant negative effect to the firm value. Firm size as measured by total assets no effect to the firm value. Profitability as measured by return on equity significant positif effect to the firm value. Dividend payout ratio is not able to moderate the effect of profitability to the firm value.
