Abstract
This study aims to test the influence of return on asset of firm value with Corporate Social Responsibility as moderating variable. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is food and beverage company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016 period. The total sample research is 66 sample. Analysis technique used is simple linear regression dan path analysis. The results show that return on asset have influence on firm value whilecorporate social responsibility can’t moderating the influence of return on asset of firm value.
