Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the impact of investment opportunity set (MBVE) and profitability (ROA) on dividend policy (DPR) with liquidity (CR) as moderating variable. The population of this research is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2013-2017. Sampling method in this research using purposive sampling. The final sample of research is 72 companies. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this research indicate that investment opportunity set and profitability have significant effect on dividend policy, and liquidity is not able to moderated the impact of investment opportunity set and profitability on the dividend policy.
