Abstract

The related dividend policy concerns the use of profits which are the rights of shareholders. The dividend payout policy can have such an important impact on investors and companies that will pay dividends. Large and small dividends to be shared by the company depend on the policies of each company, so management considerations are in need. This study aims to test the influence of liquidity (Current Ratio), profitability (ROA), growth (Growth) and managerial ownership (MOWN) on dividend policy (DPR). Sample of this study used the Food and Beverage company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The technique used to determine the sample is saturated sampling or census and then obtained as many as 18 companies as research sample. The data analysis technique used in this research is SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result of data analysis shows that liquidity and profitability and managerial ownership have no effect on dividend policy, while growth has an effect on dividend policy. This means that the more the company grows, the larger the company's assets are used to fund the company's operations in order to generate high profits that will affect the resulting dividend will be high. Key word : dividend policy, liquidity, profitability, growth, manajerial ownership and Dividend Policy
