Abstract
This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of profitability, liquidity, leverage, dan sales growth against financial distress. Financial distress as dependent variable measured by interest coverage ratio. The independent variables in this study measured by return on asset, current ratio, debt asset ratio, sales growth ratio, and Ln total assets. This research used quantitative methods. The population in this study is manufacturing company in the food and beverage sub sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. Based on purposive sampling method, acquired 9 companies that the research sample. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for manufacturing company in the food and beverage sub sectors in 2012-2017. Data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The result showed that profitability had a significant effect on the financial distress, while liquidity, leverage and sales growth does not have a significant effect on the financial distress.
