Abstract
Corporate Turnaround is a turnaround of the company to restore the position of the company that is experiencing instability financial condition to be stable again. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of firm size, free assets, assets retrenchment, and expenses retrenchment to the success of the company in conducting corporate turnaround on manufacturing companies in Indonesia listed on the BEI 2014-2017 who experienced financial distress conditions. The sample was chosen based on sampling technique using purposive sampling technique and obtained as many as 183 companies. The type of data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques used logistic regression analysis. Based on the results of research that has been done shows that the firm size affects the success in the corporate turnaround, the free assets affects the success in the corporate turnaround, assets retrenchment have no effect on the success of the corporate turnaround, and expenses retrenchment have no effect on the success of the corporate turnaround.
