Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, profitability and capital structure on firm value. The object of this research is the manufacturing company of wood, cork, paper in Southeast Asia which is registered in orbis 2014-2016. This research uses data collection technique with saturated sampling method to get research sample. The population in this study is as many as 210 samples from the original 333 samples selected in accordance with the limitations of researchers. Data analysis method used is by multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that profitability and capital structure variables affect on firm value, while the variable of managerial ownership and institutional ownership have no effect on firm value.
