Abstract
The purpose of this reseach is to examine the influence of profitability, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure, and corporate social responsibility disclosure to thefirm value. The population in this research are manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples used are manufacturing company of basic and chemical industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2013 - 2016. The sample selection using purposive sampling technique and obtained 73 samples.The method of analysis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this researchshows that profitability has an positive influence to the firm value. Managerial ownership, institutional ownership, capital structure and corporate social responsibility disclosure does not have any influenceto thefirm value.
