Abstract
The capital market is a place or facility meets the demand and supply over the long term financial instruments that trade in securities in the form of bonds or shares issued by either the government or private parties. Stock prices in the capital market is very volatile and erratic. It can be affected by various factors both internal and external. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze whether debt policy, current ratio, inflation, and interest rates have an effect on stock prices. Method of sampling using a purposive sampling method with a number of samples of the company's 32. This research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously (together) fourth debt policy variables, current ratio (CR), inflation, and interest rates together have an effect on stock prices. Partially debt policy has no effect against the stock prices while the third other variables are current ratio (CR), inflation, and interest rates have an effect on stock prices.
