Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test the influence of profitability, tangibility, liquidity, and business risk to the capital structure at textile and garment companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. By understanding some factors which influence the capital structure, it can help textile and garment companies to determine the fulfilling of fund which should be done so the company’s goals can be achieved. The samples are 70 textile and garment companies which have been selected by using census sampling from which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2016. The multiple regressions analysis and classic assumption test have been performed by using SPSS 23.0 version statistic test instrument. The result of the research shows: (1) that pofitability has negative significant influence to the capital structure, (2) tangibility has no significant influence to the capital structure, (3) liquidity has no significant influence to the capital structure, (4) business risk has no significant influence to the capital structure Keywords: profitability, tangibility, liquidity, business risk, capital structure.
