Abstract
This study aims to test the influence of independen board of commissioners, institutional ownership and managerial ownership of firm value with ROA as intervening variable. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is manufacturing company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2016 period. The total sample research is 371 sample. Analysis technique used is multiple linear regression dan path analysis. The results show that independen board of commissioners and institutional ownership does not have influence on firm value, whereas managerial ownership and ROA have influence on firm value. Independen board of commissioners and institutional ownership does not have effect to firm value by using ROA as intervening variable.
