Abstract
The firm value shows that the prosperity of stakeholders will increase, if the stock price is increased as well. The firm value becomes very important because it reflect the performance of the company which can influence the perception of investors to the company. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, growth, profitability and company risk on firm value. The population of this research is automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, the criteria used in this research are automotive companies that publish audited financial statements in a row. The method in this study used secondary data and there are 65 samples. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 23 software and data analysis technique to test hypothesis using multiple linear regression. The results of this study describes the profitability and company risk affect the value of the company while the capital structure and growth have no effect on firm value.
