Abstract
The influence is meant to test the influence of debt policy,firm size, dividend policy, and institusional ownership to firm value. The independent variables are debt policy, firm size, dividend policy and institusional ownership. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is firm value. The samples are 86 companies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and the research periods are five years which is started from 2012 to 2016. The sample collection technique has been done by using purposive sampling. The financial statement data has been obtained from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The analysis method has been done by using the multiple linear regressions. The result of this research shows that (1) debt policy has not influence to firm value. (2) firm size ownership has influence to firm value; (3) dividend policy has not influence to firm value; (4) institsional ownership has not influence to firm value Keyword :.
