Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Third Party Funds (DPK), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), on lending to Non Performing Loans (NPL) as an intervening variable. The sample used in this study were 112 Conventional Commercial Banks that went public in 2013-2016. The data used in this study is secondary which is obtained from financial statements that have been published by conventional commercial banks with the 2013-2016 observation period. This research is a quantitative research, this type of research uses hypothesis testing and path analysis because the results of this study account for the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with the mediating variable. Data collection techniques use the documentation method. The analytical method used is regression analysis. based on this study it was found that Third Party Funds (DPK) had a significant effect on Non Performing Loans (NPL)and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) had a no significant effect on Non Performing Loans (NPL), where as variable (DPK) and Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loans (NPL) have a significant effect on lending. The intervening test carried out by a single test explains that indirectly Third Party Funds (DPK)has no affect credit disbursement through Non Performing Loans (NPL), and the variable Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has no effect on lending through Non Performing Loans (NPL). Keywords : credit distribution,Third Party Funds,Loan To Deposit Ratio,Non Performing Loans
