Abstract
This study has the objective to identify and analyze the influence of independent directors, audit committee, board of directors, managerial ownership, institutional ownership as an independent variable and the company's financial performance as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling method and the population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2016, in order to obtain samples are 62 companies and the amount of data that is used as much as 186. The results of this study is an independent commissioner does not affect the company's financial performance, the audit committee affect the company's financial performance, the board of directors affect the company's financial performance. Keywords : independent directors, audit committee, the audit committee, board of directors, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the company's financial performance.
