Abstract
The purpose of study is to determine whether operating,capacity,leverage.and liquidity have an influence on financial distress with firm size as moderation variable. The sample used in this study minning companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2016. The sampling technique using saturated sample technique using SPSS distress. Leverage and liquidity have no effect on financial distress.
