Abstract
Cost of equity is the cost that must be issued by the company to obtain funds from investors. Factors that influence the cost of equity is environmental disclosure, institution alownership, managerial ownership, and information asymmetry. This study analyzed the effect of environmental disclosure, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and information asymmetry. The subjects of this study consisted of Manufactured companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2016 were selected by purposive sampling.The analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression. The result og regression analysis was environmental disclosure significant effect to cost of equity, institutional ownership didn’t significant effect to cost of equity, managerial ownership didn’t significant effect to cost of equity, and information asymmetry significant effect to cost of equity.
