Abstract
the purpose of this research was to identify whether the variables of income, education, financial knowledge affects financial behavior women civil servants in surabaya, either partially and simultaneously. the participants are women civil servants in surabaya a total of 130 respondents in which they were taken by means of purposive sampling with the characteristics of respondents is status mariental and permanent employees. this research uses multiple regression analysis techniques (mra). results from this research simultaneously it was found that income, education, financial knowledge has a effect on financial behavior of women civil servants in surabaya. while partially income and education positive insignificant but financial knowledge positive. the implications of this research is to be able to perform good financial behavior of individuals should be able to increase the financial literacy owned because based on the results of this research, financial literacy variables have the greatest influence on financial behaviour.
