Abstract

financial institutions in indonesia itself consists of financial institutions of banks and non-bank financial institutions. the function of banks in general is to raise funds from the public (funding) and channel funds in the form of loans or credit (lending) for various purposes. in the midst of a increasingly rapidly and improving banking industry, the indonesian bank conducts supervision, coaching and guidance. this is done to keep the bank's level of health, in accordance with the financial services authority regulation number 4 / pojk.03 / 2016 on the health assessment of commercial banks. the method used in this study is by quantitative methods and using secondary data by analyzing the data ad in ojk where the sample in this study is the regional development bank. the sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, with criteria of bpd that has total assets of rp. 10 trillion - rp. 50 trillion, health scores not na, decreased health score at least one time. the analysis used in this research is using multiple linear regression. the results of this study indicate that npl, apb, ldr, car, and roa are partially negatively significant. for irr, ipr, fbir, and nim are partially positively insignificant, whereas bopo partially has a significant negative effect on bank rating
