Abstract
This study is aimed to know whether firm size, profitability, leverage, and maturity partially take effect to the rating sukuk. The population of this research is the companies that published sukuk and listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and also rated by PT. PEFINDO. After selecting fixed criterias, there were 8 compay issuing the sukuk with the numbers of 12 investigation from periods of 2011-2015. It used Multinomial Logit regression to create a model of rating probability from four theorical variables. The result of this research described that firm size variable take effect to the rating sukuk. Profitability variable take effect to the rating sukuk, leverage variable did not take effect to the rating sukuk, and maturity variable take effect to the rating sukuk. Key words : Sukuk, Firm Size, Profitability, Leverage, Maturity, Multinomial Logit Regression Analysis.
