Abstract
Retirement planning is the time when a person should be able to enjoy the results of his efforts during this time, which can not be done when it becomes an employee. Everyone wants to live prosperous when retired, it relates to how knowledge of financial literacy and doing financial management well. Based on the phenomenon, this research aims to know the influence of financial literacy, the attitude of family financial management, financial planning and the experience of retired families in Tuban. The analysis with structural equation modelling in PLS (Partial Least Square). The sample consist of 150 respondents and they have total income equal to Rp 2.500.000 at month. The result of this research, there was significantly relationship between financial literacy, financial management attitudes, and financila experiences to the retirement planning. Key Words : financial literacy, attitudes and behavioral finance, financial experiences, retirement planning.
