Abstract
This empirical research was needed to find out the effect of the company’s financial performance on stock returns on manufacturing companies in indonesia stock exchange. The company’s financial performance profitability, solvability, liquidity, earning per share as an indicate independent variable and than stock return as an in construct or dependent variable the year of 2012-2016. This research using purposive sampling in determining the sample and use SPSS 23.0 as hypothesis testing. The research shows the profitability is not significant to stock return, Solvability is not significant to stock return, Liquidity is not significant to stock return but Earning per share is significant to stock return. The study has implications that investors should consider Earning per share when they want to invest by expecting returns from entities. Key words : Profitability, Solvability, Liquidity, Earning Per Share and Stock Return
