Abstract
The purpose of study was to examine the effect of managerial ownership, dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value. The population in this study is consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2010. Samples were taken based company purposive sampling technique on certain criteria. Data analysis tools used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study shows that profitability has positive significant effect on firm value, but manager ownership, dividend policy, and debt policy don’t have negative significant. The results have implication that manager should increase the profitability, in order to increase the firm value and investors will invest their shares. If the firm value increase will make stock price will also rise. Key word: Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, and Profitability.
