Abstract
The main aim of this research is to determine the differences in disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) between mining companies awarded CSR and mining companies non-awarded CSR. The sample of research used 58 samples of mining companies. This reseach using secondary data of each mining companies and sampling was done by purposive sampling method. Data analysis used a non-parametric test analyzer of mann-whitney u. The result indicate that disclosure of csr on awarded mining companies has differences with non-awarded mining companies. Diclosure of csr on awarded companies is well and almost disclosure all categories, and also its disclosure rises significantly, while disclosure of csr on non awarded companies is not good because its disclosure not comprehensive, and also its disclosure not rises significantly.
