Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analysis impact of liquidity, leverage, and firm size to financial distress. The population in this study is manufacturing company in the consumer goods sectors listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2014-2016. Financial distress as dependent variabel measured by interest coverage ratio and the independent variable that is used in this research which consist of Liquidity, Leverage, and Firm Size. The research sample consisted of 75 consumer goods in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016, with purposive sampling. The statistic method used to test on the research hypothesis is logistic regression. The result of the research shows that Liquidity, Leverage, and Firm Size have no effect to Financial Distress.
