Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Underwriter Reputation, Auditor Reputation, Financial Leverage and Industry Type toward underpricing. This research is conducted on companies that conduct Initial Public Offering in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2012-2016. The number of samples used in this research are 71 companies with purposive sampling method. The method of data analysis used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that only auditor reputation variables affect the underpricing, while the variables Underwriter Reputation, Financial Leverage and Industrial Type have no effect on underpricing.
