Abstract
This study aims is to determine the effect of business risk and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable. This research is conducted in manufacture companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2013-2016. The number of samples are 82 companies on this research with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis and expand with path analysis. The results of this study indicate business risk has not significant effect on capital structure, profitability has significant effect on capital structure, capital structure has significant effect on firm value, business risk has not significant effect on firm value, profitability has significant effect on firm value, capital structure is able to mediate the effect of business risk on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.
